01Why this page exists
People sometimes pretend to be a real firm to get money or information. This page explains how FEC contacts people, what FEC never asks for, and what to do if a message that seems to come from FEC does not feel right.
02How FEC contacts you
- Email from people at FEC comes from an address ending in @fornaxec.com.
- FEC Insights, our newsletter, comes from insights@news.fornaxec.com, and only if you subscribed and confirmed.
- Our website is fornaxec.com. Pages that ask for your details are on this address and nowhere else.
- Our company page on LinkedIn is linked from the foot of every page of this site.
03What FEC never asks for
- Passwords, sign-in codes or any login details.
- Card numbers, bank PINs or payment through a link in a message.
- Payment in gift cards, cryptocurrency or to a personal account.
- A change to bank details sent only by email or message. Any change to how FEC is paid is confirmed in writing under a signed agreement, and you can always check it with us by phone on a number you already have.
- A fee to apply for a job, to be interviewed or to receive an offer.
Work with FEC begins only when its scope has been agreed and a written agreement has been signed. Invoices follow that agreement.
04If something seems wrong
- Do not reply, click links, open attachments or make any payment.
- Check the sender's full address, not only the name shown.
- Forward the message to welcome@fornaxec.com and we will tell you whether it is genuine.
- If you have lost money or shared details, contact your bank at once, and report it to the police where you are.
