The site explains how FEC works and shares FEC's thinking. Everything on it is general information. It is not advice for your company, and it does not create any agreement or relationship between you and FEC.
FEC's papers, briefs and self-checks describe patterns and ways of looking at companies. They are not a judgment about any particular company. The self-check is not a measurement or a score.
Sending a review request does not make you a client and does not start any work. Every request is reviewed and receives a response. Work begins only when its scope has been agreed and a written agreement has been signed.
FEC treats review requests as confidential, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you require contractual confidentiality before sharing sensitive information, ask us for a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before you send it, and we will arrange one. Please send only what you are entitled to share.
Case studies describe work with real companies. Names and identifying details are removed unless disclosure has been agreed. Each result shows how it was measured and what the evidence can and cannot prove. Results depend on each company's situation and are not a promise of what another company will achieve.
The site and everything on it, including the text, papers, PDFs, drawings, images and the FEC name and marks, belong to FEC or are used with permission.
You may read, download and share links to the content, print it for your own use, and quote short passages if you credit FEC and link to the source. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt the content, or use it to train or build other products, without our written permission.
Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, get around its security, collect information from it automatically, or send false, unlawful or harmful material through it.
Where the site links to other websites, such as the sources in our papers, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be complete, current or free of interruption. To the extent the law allows, FEC is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
